Minimum Order Our minimum order is $150 for your initial order and then only $75 for re-orders. All products are sold in case quantities (12 jars to a case) only. Please provide us with at least 48 hours to process your order prior to shipping. Terms All initial orders require a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) for payment prior to the order being shipped. Net 30 terms are available after completion and approval of the wholesale application. Please allow 1 week for processing. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge and will be have net 30 terms revoked. A $25 charge will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds. We do reserve the right to terminate net 30 terms based on payment history and without notification. Shipping All our wholesale orders are shipped FOB (Intercourse, PA). We ship orders through UPS on Tuesday and Thursday only. We may use freight lines for larger orders (over $1000). Actual freight is charged to your account within one week after shipping the order. There is also a handling charge on all shipped orders which is based on the size of products ordered ($1 per case: ½ pint, pint, 10 oz bottles, and 1.5 oz cases; $3 per case: quarts). Since we bill your account based on the actual shipping charges we can not provide a shipping amount. A general “rule of thumb” is that the shipping charges are approximately 15% - 20% of your product total. Shipping Time Wholesale orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are in our area, you may also pick up your order (Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm) and receive a 5% discount! We do provide free delivery for businesses within Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Recipes We offer a wholesale master list packet of our favorite recipes that utilize our Kitchen Kettle Village products. This packet is free and you may copy any of the recipes to incorporate into your store displays and share with your customers. You may view some of our favorite recipes on our recipe page. Loss / Damages Please inspect and count all orders upon delivery. If your order is damaged please notify the shipper immediately, and contact our customer service line at 800-732-3538. We guarantee our all products and method of shipping. Suggested Retail Price Our suggested minimum retail price would be a 60% mark up. Many accounts use a larger mark up percentage based upon their location and customer demographics. Advertising At this time we do not offer co-op advertising opportunities or in store promotional display pieces. |
