We've taken the traditional flavor of orange marmalade and combined it with the tartness of cranberries. Our Kling House Restaurant places a generous dollop on each of their open-faced chicken salad sandwiches. Also great on grilled chicken or turkey as it's coming off the grill or, remove the top rind of a round of Brie, liberally spread on this marmalade and top with chopped pecans. Bake until the Brie is gooey but still firm. Serve with our old-fashioned crackers for home run appetizer.
