We love the challenge of coming up with crazy flavors of jam, and this one is no exception. Like the name implies, we mix garlic with thyme, chives, and parsley to make this jelly. It can be mixed with your favorite flavored vinegar for a tasty salad dressing or mix with a little olive oil for our Mediterranean Vegetable Salad.
